Just a quick post to say I’ve written a new post on my blog ‘For The Hole Inside Everyone‘ called ‘Coping with Chaos‘.
It about a personal realisation I recently disocvered regarding my coping mechnaisums when I was dealing with and caring for my manic depressive father as a child, and how it has evolved over time to this day.
